Michael Phelps was reportedly arrested in Maryland last night for a DUI.
Details are sparse right now, but the PoPo are going to address the media and give a statement soon!
In case you forgot, Phelps was also arrested for a DUI in 2004… when he was only 19 years old!!!

In that case, he plead guilty and got 18 months probation.
There’s no indication of what could happen this time around.
