Michelle Obama always knows EXACTLY what to say!
On Monday evening, the First Lady took the stage at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia and gave a speech which can only be described as POWERFUL.

On life in the White House, Miz Obama got real about living in a home “built by slaves.” She stated:
“I wake up every morning in a house that was built by slaves, and I watch my two black daughters playing with their dogs on the White House lawn. Because of Hillary, my daughters now take for granted that a woman can be president of the United States.”
This sentiment is similar to the one she expressed during her commencement speech at City College in New York. Not only did Michelle declare that she was “with” Hillary Clinton, but she also threw some shade Donald Trump‘s way. The Harvard Law School alum added:
“Don’t let someone tell you this country isn’t great ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ that we need to make it great again. Because, right now, this country is the greatest country on Earth.”
YAS KWEEN. But Michelle didn’t stop there as she added:
“When you have the nuclear codes at you fingertips and military at your command, you can’t make snap decisions. You can’t have thin skin or a tendency to lash out. You need to be steady and well-informed. I want a president with a record of public service, someone who’s life work shows our children we don’t chase fame and fortune for ourselves.”
We weren’t the only ones impressed with the FLOTUS’ speech as her husband President Obama took to Twitter and praised:
