We are obsessed with the splendor of her custom-made ivory Brandon Maxwell gown! OBSESSED!
The strapless number (designed by one of Lady GaGa ‘s faves) featured delicate folds along the square neckline to make for a beautifully structured work of art!
Contacted via email by WWD, the designer said:

“It has been an incredible honor for me and my team to create this dress for the First Lady. Strong and elegant, she is the embodiment of the woman that inspires me to create, and a role model for women all over the world.”

Understatement!
Also, we must acknowledge that Ho Ching looked lovely in an embroidered red dress with matching jacket.
What a beautiful evening!
