Film legend Mickey Rooney spoke to the senate about elderly abuse, which he suffered from for years.
“You can’t believe that it’s happening to you,” Rooney said. “You feel overwhelmed.”
Rooney has filed a restraining order against his stepson and step daughter, both of whom he claims financially and emotionally abused him.
