Brandon Davis is still very much stuck in the early 2000s.
Despite the fact that Brandon’s BFFs have moved on from mugshots and cliche Hollywood arrests (Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, etc.), he has clearly NOT.

On Thursday night, the oil heir got into a terrible car crash in El Lay and flipped his car several times. Needless to say, Davis was heavily drinking prior to the accident and was subsequently charged with A DUI.
While the B.D. is okay and was “responsive” at the scene, it could have been way worse.
But wait, what does Hilary Duff‘s ex, Mike Comrie, have to do with this mess?
According to onlookers, Mike and Brandon got dinner at a sushi restaurant in the area just hours before the crash.
Eek, who knew these two were even friends?! We’re just glad Comrie wasn’t in the car — he has a little son to think about!
Hopefully Davis gets the help that he needs. Until then…
