There are so many things to say about this.
On Friday, Mike Tyson paid tribute to Prince following his untimely passing at age 57. Considering just about everyone in the world sent their love to the late singer, it’s not surprising Tyson threw in his two cents.
Video: Mike Gives Strange Advice
What IS surprising, is how the athlete said goodbye to the icon.
In true Mike fashion, the message of condolences was extremely bizarre and confusing. It appears the boxing champ can’t help himself from creating situations in which you don’t know whether to laugh or be offended.
Evidenced by the photo (above), M.T. offended a TON of fans when he superimposed his face onto Prince’s self-titled 1997 album cover. To make matters worse, the 49-year-old paid tribute to his infamous lisp by changing the album’s name from “Prince” to “Printhe”.
The controversial figure captioned the inneresting shot:
“#supertribute to #Prince #RIP Like the world I mourn but celebrate your spirit with your music.”
Yep… this REALLY happened.

@MikeTyson I know this is a bold statement given your history but this is the most tasteless thing you’ve ever done ├░┼╕╦£ΓÇÜ

Even though a lot of people seem to be angered by Mike, we can’t help but wonder if the legend would have been amused by this stunt… check out an instance of Prince making light of himself (below)!

Ha! We love how the Minnesota native took special note of this. In light of all the tragedy, it’s easy to forget just how funny he actually was.
So, what are YOUR thoughts on Mike’s homage?
