A belated lawsuit that is.
Retired boxer Mike Landrum is suing Mike Tyson for $115 million after Tyson allegedly stole his nickname “Iron Mike” 25 years ago.
Here are some issues we have with this lawsuit…
-If it’s in fact true, the nickname was stolen 25 years ago. Why wait that many years? You couldn’t have approached Tyson after the first time he jacked your nickname?
-Last we heard, Tyson was broke. It’s pretty hard to put together $115 million, when you can barely put together $115.
-Tyson is kind of scary. Is it really wise to kick him while he’s down?
Aside from what’s mentioned above, we wish you the best of luck, Landrum. We’re sure the lawsuit will be a disaster of nightmarish proportions that won’t result in anything positive go well.
