Milania Giudice Allegedly PUNCHED Victim In the Head Before Her Arrest -- And She Could Face Jail Time Now!

Milania Giudice may end up behind bars for her alleged actions!

As we previously reported, the 20-year-old daughter of Teresa Giudice was arrested in New Jersey in May for “simple assault” and “purposely/knowingly causing a bodily injury.” We don’t know what fully happened yet because law enforcement labeled the case as “domestic violence/confidential.” However, an arrest report later revealed Milania’s older sister, Gabriella Giudice, had been the one to call the police on the college student for allegedly “acting erratically” and “throwing food [and] candles” at Teresa’s home.

Other than that, there wasn’t much else! Milania also hasn’t revealed anything about the incident herself, except that she “was not in a good area in my life” at the time of her arrest. She also has pleaded not guilty to the charge against her. Now, shocking new details are coming out after her recent court hearing!

Milania appeared virtually with her attorney Alan Kraminsky in Montville Township Municipal Court on Tuesday, where a judge claimed she “did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute in violation of … a disorderly person’s offense.” OMG! She allegedly punched someone?!

It is unknown who the victim is, as we said. You know who has the initials LR, though? Her stepfather Louis “Louie” Ruelas. There have been rumors circulating online for weeks that he may have been the other person involved in this situation. Last month, a source even revealed to Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice Substack that the cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey even suspected Luis may have been the victim in the case:

“The first question everyone asked was, ‘Was it Luis?’ He’s very controversial, so that’s where the speculation immediately went. Nobody knows who was allegedly injured. But a lot of people assumed he could be involved.”

That said, we need to stress that no one knows if it is actually him at this time! There’s no concrete evidence linking Louie to the accusations, and no officials have publicly identified him as the victim. So, it’s still a mystery who this happened to. But hopefully, all is well with the Giudice-Ruelas family because we would hate to see this case tear them apart.

The judge ordered Milania to return to court for a hearing in August. Additionally, he informed her that if she is found guilty of “simple assault,” she faces up to 6 months in jail, probation, and over $500 in fines. Whoa…
