Miley Cyrus' Spends Her Wild 20th Birthday Giving Back!

And for those with hearing issues, too!
MileyBird turned 20 on Friday and she has already waved bye-bye to her teenage ways of whimsy!!
Although everyone was eager to shower with the Princess of Pop in presents, she opted to take a more philanthropic route.
In lieu of birthday gifts, Miley Cyrus asked friends and fans to donate directly to her charities.
Dog rescue group Saving SPOT! and Starkey Hearing, a non-profit dedicated to bringing sound to all the world’s ears.
Apparently the Party in the U.S.A. singer’s efforts were successful because she thanked her supporters profusely via Twitter.
She said:

Thank you to all my fans who donated to @starkeyhearing @spotrescuedogs for my birthday 🙂 y’all topped it again best bday present by far!

Aww!! Barely two decades old, and already Miley thrives on giving back to the community!!
What an absolute sweetheart!!
Not everything about her b-day party was G-rated, however!
Even 2 Chainz and Kanye West will be proud when they learn about one seXXXay, scandalous presents Miley unwrapped…AFTER THE JUMP!!!
