Do the crime, do the time!
Miley Cyrus should be able to rest a little easier today because those scary burglars who broke into her El Lay home and stole jewelry, purses, clothing, and of course, her Maserati have been sentenced for the nasty crime.
Tylor Scott and Naomi Charles were both arrested for the Bling Ring-inspired burglary that Naomi reportedly headed up back in June. And now, they’re both going to serve time.
Naomi has been sentenced to one year in county jail, as per her plea deal for the charge of felony residential burglary. One the other side, Tylor has been sentenced to four years in state prison for the same plea along with a guilty plea for felony grand theft.
Even though it’s believed Naomi was the ring leader, Tylor got the more serious sentence because he has a prior record AND had a gun during the burglary. Plus, Miley’s lawyers wanted them to pay to deter others from following in their footsteps.
Guess these two should have learned from those who inspired them├óΓé¼┬ªthe original Bling Ring couldn’t get away with it, so you weren’t going to either!
Kids, find your inspiration somewhere else, please!
