Miley Cyrus is one of dozens and dozens of artists who are featured on the new album Chimes of Freedom: The Songs of Bob Dylan Honoring 50 Years of Amnesty International. In an homage to a great man and a great organization, some of the best in music got together to cover some of Dylan’s best songs.
