On Friday’s episode of Carpool Karaoke, after jamming out to Party in the U.S.A., the Nothing Breaks Like a Heart singer revealed to Kendall Jenner that she used to “bully” Hailey Bieber when they were preteens!

The 26-year-old musician — who was close with Hailey’s older sister Alaia — dished:
“I would be evil to her… She would try to play with us, like me and Alaia, and then we would lock her out of the room and be evil… I had to. It made you who you are, you know? It made you stronger… Now you can always take like… the trolls and s**t. ‘Cause I was such a troll.”
Apparently, Justin Bieber‘s wife agreed that it “made [her] stronger”! She confessed:
“Miley was the biggest troll to me! She prepared me for this industry!”
Tough love!
