A fan got a little too close to Miley Cyrus over the weekend!
The singer, who was in Barcelona to perform at the Primavera Sound Festival, and Liam Hemsworth were attempting to leave their hotel in Spain and get into their car when they were met by a frenzy of fans, and one took things too far.

Hemsworth is a few steps ahead of his wife, attempting to make a safe path for her, when a fan reaches out and grabs her hair to forcibly yank her closer by her neck in an attempt to kiss her.
As seen in the (below) IG video, Miley is able to push away as someone else reaches in to shove the fan away:
Thankfully, the whole ordeal only lasted a few seconds, but we can still imagine it was terrifying for the 26-year-old, who swooped under her husband’s arms as they got into their vehicle.
So sorry this happened to you, girl!
The Malibu singer just dropped her highly-anticipated EP, She Is Coming, which features production from Andrew Wyatt, Mark Ronson, and Mike Will Made-It.
But that’s not all! The songstress revealed on Instagram that this drop is just the first of three:
“This is the 1st of 3 drops! 6 songs , 3 EP’s ! SHE IS COMING / HERE / EVERYTHING all to make up 1 album #SHEISMILEYCYRUS next 2 drops to be announced!”
As we reported, the Grammy nominee debuted three of the songs — Mother’s Daughter, Cattitude, and D.R.E.A.M. — to an excited crowd at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend in the United Kingdom.
It seems that art is imitating reality for Miz Cyrus, who plays a pop star in an impending “dark and funny” episode of Netflix‘s Black Mirror, which releases on June 5. In a Vanity Fair interview, she spilled:
“This is the story of females in the music industry. I understand everyone’s gone through this but I do think for females in the industry… it’s hard to be taken seriously. People assume that if you’re not wearing a body suit and singing pop music, why would anyone want to see you.”
However, things got a little too real when her character has a panic attack in her Malibu home, the same day Miley lost her IRL Malibu home in the Woolsey Fires:
“I was working on Black Mirror in South Africa. The day I heard we lost our home, my scene was set at my house in Malibu. My character was having a panic attack, so needless to say the inspiration was there. Anne Sewitzky, the director, and I became very close, since going through all of this so far from home, she was really the only mother figure I had. Experiencing that together and in the realness of it all, we created something I think is magical. It’s hard for me to be proud of my work, I rarely walk away satisfied but I’m very proud of what we made. It really tells my story in some dark and funny way, as that show does, and as life is.”
