If Jennifer Lawrence was having second thoughts about chopping off her hair, wash those worries right out because Miley Cyrus totally approves.
After seeing a pic of JLaw at the GLAAD Media Awards, the pixie cut singer tweeted:

Believe it or not, the Oscar winner actually wanted to go shorter, but ultimately decided 8 inches was enough — for now.
Her hair stylist Mark Townsend revealed:
“We cut about eight inches off. It├óΓé¼Γäós a shag with tons of layers. She has never cut her hair this short, it├óΓé¼Γäós always been long. She was so excited to do the cut. I was the nervous one! She kept saying ‘I think we should go shorter.’ Mark, I want to cut it all off.”
Baby steps, Jennifer! We’d hate to see you have a meltdown of Cameron Diaz proportions if you cut it too short.
Going with a shoulder length cut was the way to go!
