They’re staying in shape!
And looking beautiful while doing it!
Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger took this past Friday to go for a run slash hike at Runyon Canyon in Hollywood Hills but the two did NOT go alone!
Nicole Richie joined the two with her precious doggy and the three, er, four looked to be having a lot of fun together!
Well, at least they seemed to be when they weren’t ducking the paparazzi!
We can’t say enough how happy we are that Patrick Schwarzenegger seems to be in good shape after that scary accident he was in! That could’ve ended much worse, so we’re glad to see him up and about after it!

We also noticed, and maybe it’s just us, but darn Miley looks great when she’s rocking the whole just-got-out-of-bed look. She looked so adorable in just a sweatshirt and black leggings and she obviously has a great sense of style when it comes to casual wear.
Although clothes aren’t always a priority on her agenda. Lolz!
Hopefully these celebrity friends will all continue to do fun activities like this together! It’s a great way to hang out AND stay in shape!
Basically the best of both worlds!!!
