So to beat the heat, Miley wore a black crop top embellished with flowers and even a piñata, paired with Levi’s denim cutoffs and electric blue Saint Laurent sandals.
Except that wasn’t all for the 21-year-old!
She topped off her dare-to-bare combo with a bevy of Chanel accents, like her TWO clutches and wrist full of gold bangles.
