Miley Cyrus isn’t just opening her heart in a letter she’s written for her ex-fiance Liam Hemsworth, but her heart seems to ALWAYS be open to all her doggies!
Distracting us from basically everything she does, she shared the cutest pic (above) and wrote:

That’s one of the cutest things we’ve ever seen.
