Miley Cyrus‘ alleged stalker will NOT face attempted stalking charges after a jury ruled there wasn’t enough evidence!
We bet Miley would beg to differ!
Mark McLeod, 53, was arrested twice over the summer when Miley was filming The Last Song in Georgia. Not only did he make “inappropriate comments” to some of Miley’s fans, but he also claimed that he was engaged to Miley who sent him “secret messages” on Hannah Montana.
He was considered “a danger” to Miley by a judge as McLeod was facing counts of attempted stalking, obstruction of a police officer and disturbing the peace.
But the grand jury at the Chatham County State Court had the final say and they agreed they couldn’t indict him because of the lack of evidence.
Hopefully he doesn’t cause any more problems, for Miley’s sake!
