The actress was at Canon Hollywood to see Bhopal: A Prayer For Rain on Friday when the top she was wearing revealed way more than the actress probably wanted!
AKA a nip slip happened!!!

But it was the person sitting next to her – Martin Sheen – who had the most priceless look on his face as Mischa leaned over and seemed totally oblivious to the nip-slip happening.
Honestly wardrobe malfunctions happen to the best of us, but it just so happens that Mischa is a celebrity and thus has to deal with the spotlight that hovers over accidents like this.
No worries, Mischa! Just maybe pop on a bra next time!
