As we mentioned earlier, Los Angeles police were called Wednesday afternoon to Mischa Barton‘s home, where police escorted her to an undisclosed location in order to assist with a “medical issue.”
LAPD Officer April Harding reveals, “We assisted her with a medical issue and removed her from her home.” Adding that no paramedics were needed and no arrests were made.
We’re so glad our tax money was spent on that incident then! Job well done. Because apparently it was a medical issue only a police officer could help with, right?
Her publicist adds that “Police were involved due to Ms. Barton’s celebrity status, to safely transfer her to medical treatment as per doctor’s orders.”
Celebrity status? Ha!
She couldn’t have called a private security person that she paid with HER money????
Mushy’s rep adds that she’s now “okay and resting.” And she must be resting for a while as she’s just canceled on attending the premiere tonight of her indie flick Homecoming.
One of the film’s producers adds that “There were some medical problems. She’s not able to travel, as far as I know.”
Wonder what the “medical problems” could be?
