Parker Wells Still Missing: Social Media Comes Together To Support People Of Calgary As They Search For 11-Year-Old Boy With Autism

We have devastating news to share.

The body of a small child, believed to be Parker Wells, the 11-year-old non-verbal boy with autism who went missing in Calgary, has been found.

Calgary Police Chief Katie McLellan said in a press conference on Wednesday evening that the child was discovered after a member of the public found a piece of clothing that prompted a renewed search effort between the Beaver Dam Business Park and Deerfoot Trail. It’s believed the young boy may have entered a culvert and traveled through pipes. His body, believed to be wearing the same clothes he went missing in, was found in a small pipe on the east side of the Deerfoot Trail. Heartbreaking.
