President Obama proved his comedic chops last April during the White House Correspondents’ Association annual dinner, but now Lorne Michaels is offering Mitt Romney the chance to do the same!
The Republican presidential candidate has reportedly been offered a guest spot on Saturday Night Live and “is considering it.”
A recent New York Times article revealed that the sketch comedy show’s staff was impressed when Romney appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman and delivered the Top Ten list.
An appearance on SNL to poke fun of his image would definitely help him gain traction with voters leaning toward the left who have a hard time relating to billionaires, but could he even handle a sketch? Who knows, but we would LOVE to watch and find out!
