There’s an arsonist setting fires in El Lay, but Kim Kardashian just got burned in Iowa!
While campaigning in the midwest yesterday, Mitt Romney tried to relate to the land-locked middle-Americas by taking a stab at America’s sweetheart punching bag while simultaneously attacking his opponent!
Here’s the joke:
“I’ve been looking at some video clips on YouTube, of President Obama, then candidate Obama, going through Iowa making promises. The gap between his promises and his performance is the largest I’ve seen since, well, the Kardashian wedding and the promise of ’til death do us part.'”
Ha. Seriously though, don’t quit your day-job Mitt (or whoever wrote that for him)!
In an interview after Ann Romney gave her “funny” husband full credit for the little joke, admiting:
“I got a kick out of that. It was pretty funny. He likes to have fun.”
Yeah, he seems like he likes to have fun. (He doesn’t really!)
Don’t worry Mitt! It’s been proven that the politicians with the best jokes don’t make the best presidents, cough-cough George W. cough!
