More Deets On Michael Vs. Kate!

Considering Michael Lohan‘s track record, we’re inclined to believe Kate Major!
Michael seems to believe the wedding is still on despite abuse allegations from fiancee Kate who has even gone to the police and says she has photos of her injuries.
“There can’t be any photos because nothing like that happened,” claims Michael.
Sure! Kate says:

“The reason I am NOT speaking is because the truth will come out. Michael has always threatened to try to ruin me in the press. It’s sad he can’t keep his mouth shut and stop making up lies. Consider the source. I just need privacy at this time.”

But Michael remains optimistic about their relationship saying:

├óΓé¼┼ôLook, I really hope that this isn├óΓé¼Γäót going to turn into another Erin [Michael├óΓé¼Γäós former fiance├â┬⌐] situation because I don├óΓé¼Γäót want to have to talk about the things that Kate does. I just found out she drained one of our bank accounts without telling me…I see no reason why the wedding wouldn├óΓé¼Γäót still be on.├óΓé¼┬¥

We can think of a few reasons!
Kate’s friends say that she’s afraid of Michael because of his threats and that she was even treated at the hospital after he pushed her over a chair and kicked her in the face! A friend claims:

“I’ve seen her injuries and they’re real. I’ve been in their presence when they fight and he’s threatened Kate’s life on more than one occasion.”

Michael did admit to an argument they had about two cast members joining his reality show Celebrity House, including Rachel Uchitel, and that Kate heard he checked into his hotel in El Lay with another woman!
“She called me (and was) crazy,” Michael revealed. “She said I was photographed checking into the hotel with this woman and it’s just not true. The hotel verified I was in my room alone all night.”
But Kate’s friends say that the argument about the show never happened because as Kate’s friend says, “The show isn├óΓé¼Γäót even going to happen because they can├óΓé¼Γäót find anyone to finance it.├óΓé¼┬¥
Why doesn’t that surprise us?
So who do U believe? Michael or Kate?
