Karma is a BITCH Jon Gosselin!
The TLC lawsuit could cost Jon every cent he’s made from media appearances over the past few months because he was in serious violation of his contract with the network.
The contract had a very clear-cut exclusivity clause which Jon has clearly strayed from and all of those paychecks are going to really cost him now!
The contract is valid until February 2010 and TLC even has the option to renew the contract once February rolls around essentially keeping him from pursuinghis “career” in television.
Not only is he in the doghouse because of the appearances, but also because he’s been badmouthing TLC like crazy! TLC is seeking punitive damages against him and if TLC wins the lawsuit, Jon could be responsible for the network’s attorney fees.
His hard-pAArtying ways could be brought up in the lawsuit, too. TLC is convinced Jon’s behavior and comments have severely damaged the company’s reputation.
Basically they are suing him for being the biggest jackass he could possibly be!
Huzzah! It’s about time Jon faced the music!
Selling those cars doesn’t seem like such a bad idea now, does it, Jon?!
