Ms. Rachel 'Disappointed' In Celebrities Who Refused To Stand Up For Immigrant Children - But Reveals List Of Stars Who DID Help!

Ms. Rachel is not happy with many celebrities right now!

Over the past year, the YouTube star, whose real name is Rachel Griffin-Accurso, has been using her platform to stand up for the children horrifically detained by ICE. She even shared a Change.org petition demanding “the immediate closure of the Dilley Immigration Processing Center, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) family detention center in Texas and an end to the detention of children and families.” The petition stated:

“Children held in immigration detention endure trauma, neglect and conditions that violate basic standards of health, safety, dignity and human rights. The harms of detaining children are known and well documented. Court filings of abuse against children have included refusals to provide clean water, rotten food contaminated with worms, dangerous medical neglect, sleep deprivation, denial of legal counsel, the separation of children from their families, and retaliation against families protesting the inhumane conditions. Children belong in schools and on playgrounds, not in detention centers.”

Awful!!!

What the kids, their families, and every person face in these detention centers is sick and inhumane. And you would think most public figures would all come together to denounce this horrifying treatment of people.

However, no. According to Ms. Rachel, when she asked a bunch of celebs to sign her petition, they TURNED HER DOWN! WTF! The content creator wrote on Threads on Tuesday:

“I’m disappointed that so many celebrities were contacted to sign our petition literally just to not put kids in immigration detention centers that we know harm them – and many said no.”

How s****y of those stars. Wow. We’re “disappointed,” too. Thankfully, not everyone in Hollywood shut down Ms. Rachel. She added:

“I am grateful to the ones who signed. I’m extremely grateful to YOU for signing.”

And yes, she made sure everyone knows exactly which celebrities signed the petition! There are, fortunately, several big names listed! However, not as many as you would hope for or even expect!
