Nelly Furtado isn’t as sweet as she looks!
The Canadian singer admitted she used to participate in some crazy and illegal criminal activities when she was a teenager.
What did she do?
Something really, really bad…
…She was a teenage shoplifter.
Here’s what she said:
“My song Parking Lot really reminds me of being 14 years old and hanging out around the 7 Eleven (general store) with my friends until 4am, stealing sweets. I thought I was a bad-a** back then.”
We’re glad she’s outgrown her candy-stealing days and has turned into a first rate member of society!
If she was still jacking sweets these days that would be just sad.
