NeNe Leakes’ husband has apparently been trying to mix business with pleasure!
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star spilled all the tea about her complicated relationship with Gregg Leakes during an appearance on Lip Service with Angela Lee this week, claiming he had an inappropriate relationship with a woman who worked for them.
During the episode, the 52-year-old said she found out last Summer that Gregg had been chatting up the employee. According to a Page Six source, the female was Nene’s former Swagg Boutique store manager Juanita Marshall, whom Gregg propositioned because he was “looking for companionship.”

The insider claimed they saw flirty texts from Gregg to Marshall that allegedly read:
“Oh my gosh, you’re so beautiful. I never saw anyone so beautiful as you.”
The source explained that because NeNe was “always gone doing her own thing,” a lonely Gregg gave Juanita “an offer,” claiming:
“If she played her cards right, he would pay for her mortgage, and give her a monthly allowance.”
Marshall herself denies the romance rumors, telling the outlet she and Gregg had nothing more than a business relationship — but NeNe says otherwise.
On the podcast episode, the Bravolebrity said Juanita was “very much Gregg’s type,” and claimed she found out that the employee had been FaceTiming with her hubby thanks to an argument between Juanita and another employee of hers.
She recalled:
“She was sitting there, the gay guy said, ‘I don’t appreciate you calling me a queen and listen, you wouldn’t want to do that because you know I know your secret.'”
The reality star claimed that after Juanita protested, the other employee said out loud:
“Well, how about you and Mr. Gregg be FaceTiming.”
NeNe insisted she “knew [the other employee] wasn’t lying,” while Juanita apparently stood there “in shock,” adding:
“I’m in a whole room and I’m standing up and I didn’t get out of character I just said, ‘Really?'”
After the dramatic reveal, the Atlanta housewife said she called Gregg over the speakerphone. He denied ever cheating on her, later alleging:
“We never did anything, we just talked on the phone, we never had sex.”
The drama led to the firing of Juanita (sorry, girl) and a months-long silence between the couple — even though they reportedly have an open relationship that NeNe is said to be taking full advantage of herself!

She said on Lip Service that it’s okay if Gregg steps out on their marriage as long as “I don’t find out about it,” sharing:
“If Gregg wanted to go be with somebody right now, I would say go right on. Why am I going to try and keep him from doing something that he wants to do? Then I have to make a choice myself — if I want to stay with him or not — and I probably would stay with him. I do what I want anyway … I’m in New York, he’s in Georgia, so whatever he’s doing, I don’t need to know about it.”
Sources say Leakes is doing plenty herself, anyway. Apparently, she started dating a man named Rodney in May 2019 while she was launching her Swagg Boutique store at the MGM National Harbor Resort and Casino in Oxon Hill, Maryland.
The insider said her alleged lover would pick her up from the store, take her out to nice dinners, and the pair would “dance the night away” at clubs inside the casino, adding:
“She spends a lot of time in Maryland not only because of this boutique, but also because of her side guy… She flaunts her relationship with him around openly like they’re together.”
Hmm…
If NeNe and her man do have an open relationship, it sounds like it’s only open one way!
