49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick flat out denied he did anything wrong after an unknown woman went to Miami police and accused the star football player of sexually assaulting her!
Now, authorities might be siding with Colin after new info has surfaced that could clear his name!
The night in question occurred at the Viceroy Hotel and Spa. That’s where Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette has an apartment and where he, Kaepernick, and San Fran receiver Quinton Patton were hanging out with this woman.
As we reported last week, she claims she blacked out while naked in a room after making out with Kaepernick but woke up in a hospital bed with no recollection of how she got there.
Well, the mystery may have been solved, since police records now show it was Lockette who called the cops to report this girl who he said was refusing to leave his apartment!
A crisis intervention team was dispatched and arrived at the luxury hotel 20 minutes later. They then transported the 25-year-old woman to an area hospital shortly after midnight.
A police spokesperson explained:
“There’s no evidence of a crime or a sexual assault. This report is simply an incident report taken at the woman’s request.├óΓé¼┬¥
We certainly hope the investigation doesn’t turn up any incriminating evidence and that Colin continues to keep his good name!
