That didn’t take long!
Rachel Canning recently moved out of her parents’ home and sued them for not giving her the money she needed for her school’s tuition and also telling her to break up with her boyfriend.
Well, the 18-year-old must’ve made amends with her folks because she has returned to their New Jersey home, and it seems like they are one loving happy family again!
Here’s what the parents’ attorney said:
“Her return home is not contingent on any financial and/or other considerations. As far as my clients are concerned, it’s over, it’s done. This is a private matter. It should never have been brought to the court’s attention. It should have never been brought to the public.”
Even though Rachel is home, there is no indication that her lawsuit against her parents has been dropped. Which was kind of confirmed when the lawyer said:
“This is a long process. It’s only the beginning.”
Wow! That must be pretty awkward to live in the same house as someone is suing you — especially if the suer is your daughter! Those parents have some pretty big hearts!
After all, since she’s 18 years old, technically they could just kick her out of the house! But they’re not doing that which has us believing they’re some mighty fine parents!
Yay for loving your children no matter what!!!
