It’s not often a well-known fashion designer in New York simply vanishes!
But that seems to be what happened to Jay Ott, a 31-year-old designer who was last seen at his home on Saturday, March 22nd, in Bushwick.
Jay, who also goes by James, has been previously employed by high-end labels like J Mendel and the Olsen twins’ The Row.
Since he was declared missing, Jay’s friends and coworkers have turned to social media to assist in finding him. Mary-Kate and Ashley’s other fashion line, Elizabeth and James, even tweeted asking for help:
