Well, they were spotted leaving a club together, so it is possible! LOLz!
The One Direction cutie was seen partying all night long at the Cirque le Soir nightclub in London with Ari late Monday evening before they went their separate ways!

Apparently the duo’s night was cut a bit short because of some incident that led to the firefighters arriving to the club!
That obviously didn’t stop their night at all — because Nialler and Ariana left the club and met back up again to continue their evening of fun!
