Say it ain’t so!
On Wednesday, it was reported by TMZ that Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter was arrested in Florida. Yikes!
According to an eyewitness, the incident went down at the Hog’s Breath Saloon in Key West. It’s said that the Dancing With The Stars runner up was involved with a scuffle inside the pretty famous bar.

The police took Nick into custody at 8:13 p.m. and was charged with a misdemeanor battery. We can imagine the blond cutie’s pregnant wife will not be happy to learn about this update. Oof!
However, in a HIGHlarious turn of events, during the 35-year-old’s arrest, the cops listed his occupation as “none.” We have a feeling Mr. Carter was trying to avoid media attention — or the officers are just more *NSYNC fans.
