Nick Carter has found himself in the middle of a lawsuit with Kenny G‘s ex-wife Lyndie Benson.
Lyndie is claiming the singer trashed and severely damaged her Malibu Cove Colony beach house after he rented the home from her at $17k a month with a $35k security deposit.

Sources close to Kenny’s wife said she claimed the Backstreet Boys singer left the place a mess! He reportedly flooded the house by overloading the septic tank and allowed his pets to poop all over the place!

However, Nick is responding to those claims by saying it’s all BS! He’s also pretty angry Lyndie only returned $1,700 of the security deposit and is planning on getting the rest back by suing the homeowner.
The 34-year-old singer is saying the house was already wrecked when he set foot in it. It apparently already had stained carpets, leaky toilets, and a broken A/C unit when he started living there.
It doesn’t look like this is going to be a pretty battle.
