The littlest JoBro is teaming up with Bayer Diabestes to launch a competition called Give Back Simply Win.
Nick is calling on all his fans who also suffer from diabetes, like himself, to submit applications detailing how they have helped their community. Five winners will be chosen for a personal visit from Nick as well as cash prize to be donated to a charity of their choice.
