Nicki Minaj was in the City of Brotherly Love on Wednesday to promote her new CD Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded.
The Starships singer stopped by FYE in a relatively conservative outfit that included a black and leopard print blazer, lace shorts and some funky print tights.
