Not only did Nicki Minaj go to the Met Gala as one of Tommy Hilfiger‘s guests, she also got a ridiculously expensive gift from the designer as a thank you.
Before making her hair-raising grand entrance last night, the American Idol judge showed off her pre-gala gift on Twitter: a $37,000 Everose gold Rolex.
DAYUM!!!
Guess Tommy didn’t want Her Minajesty to be late, but considering her track record, can you blame the man? LOLz!
Well, it obviously worked because even though the timepiece was noticeably absent from Nicki’s wrist, she still made it to the red carpet before it closed.
