Nicole Kidman Hit With The Flu, Cancels Trip To Africa

Thankfully, it isn’t the swine kind, but it did still mean she had to cancel some important plans.
Nicole Kidman has fallen ill with the seasonal flu and was forced to cancel her trip to Kenya, where she was planning to visit schools and hospitals in the country as part of the United Nations Development Fund for Women.
Her rep sent out this statement:
“Nicole is deeply sorry that, because she is ill with the seasonal flu, she cannot come to Kenya. The Say No – UNiTE to End Violence against Women campaign is a top priority and together with Unifem she will work to advance this critical initiative.”
Feel better, bb! Can’t save the world if you are going to get it sick!
