The Little Big Lies actress learned that the hard way on Friday’s The Graham Norton Show when she was ambushed by some very awkward photos from her early modeling days!
Norton broke the news that Dolly Magazine had recently shut its doors, which just so happens to be the publication where Kidman scored her first cover when she was just 14-years-old.

So to honor the fallen magazine, the host showed the audience that very cover of a young (red-headed!?) Kidman — and she looked like a completely different person!
The 49-year-old kept her cool at first, but after Norton kept showing more embarrassing pics from the spread, the actress was absolutely mortified by the cringeworthy photoshoot!
