Nicole Richie is on the cover of Ocean Drive magazine and she is looking hawt!
The 30-year-old is the mom of two children and is opening up about how she and hubby Joel Madden raise their two children and how much she has changed since her wild past.
Talking about how different she and Joel are, Nicole says:
“Joel and I are complete polar opposites. He├óΓé¼Γäós from southern Maryland. He├óΓé¼Γäós very family-oriented. He grew up with four brothers and sisters. When we met, I was definitely going through a difficult time with my family, and having him have such a strong foundation really opened the doors and brought both of our families together.”
And how much she has changed since becoming a momma:
“You have to remember that I was 20 years old. I don├óΓé¼Γäót know anybody who can look back at who they were at 20 and say, ‘I├óΓé¼Γäóm the exact same person.’ It├óΓé¼Γäós all about evolving and growing. Who we are in our 30s is obviously very different than who we are in our 20s.”
On her kids Sparrow and Harlow‘s personalities:
“My daughter [Harlow] looks exactly like me, and she has Joel├óΓé¼Γäós personality. She├óΓé¼Γäós very careful. She doesn├óΓé¼Γäót make a move without fully thinking about what the consequences would be and what that means. Sparrow looks exactly like Joel and has my personality. He├óΓé¼Γäós just wild. I├óΓé¼Γäóm in for the ride. He├óΓé¼Γäós two, and we├óΓé¼Γäóve had broken fingers, we├óΓé¼Γäóve been to the hospital. You cannot take your eye off of him for a second. He is just a full, free spirit.”
They’re such an adorable family. And those baybays are sure to be the most eclectic kids around with their parents’ personalities.
