Howard K. Stern is refusing to make a deal with the District Attorney regarding his felony charges in the Anna Nicole case!
Stern was arrested in March with conspiring to furnish drugs to Anna Nicole Smith prior to her death but he has yet to enter a plea!!
Although his arraignment is scheduled for this morning, it’s been predicted that Stern will eventually plea “not guilty” to all charges only because “there’s no such thing as a plea of innocent.”
Uh, yeah!
