No Snoop Dogg In The True Blood House!

The man wrote a song about Sookie Stackhouse. We don’t think it gets any more dedicated to a cause than that!
The stars of True Blood were recently asked if they thought creator Alan Ball would let Snoop Dogg have a guest spot on the show. It seems like the answer is a resounding “no,” since they don’t believe Alan would want to stunt cast.
Sam Trammell told a crowd at a UK convention:

“Apparently Snoop has wanted to be on the show from the beginning, but I don├óΓé¼Γäót think [creator] Alan Ball is going to let that happen. Having such a high-profile person appear in the show, I think it would take us all out of Bon Temps. [Alan] doesn’t need to cast Snoop Dogg to get people to watch.”

Hmm, good point, but here’s ours: no one will care! It’s not like if, oh just as an example, Britney Spears were to show up on an episode of Glee. We think that would be stunt casting. (Which we are all for, BTW.)
But Snoop? Nah! We think he has a bit of acting talent about him and he is just such a huge fan. We think Alan should make room for him.
Do U?
