Easy Nutrition Resolutions For 2012

For anyone who’s still racking their brains for a realistic resolution for 2012, our gal Margaux Jean‘s got some healthy and, perhaps more importantly, EASY changes to make.

If you’re trying to slim down, try making some smart adjustments to your diet. Start small by clearing the junk food out your cabinet and replace it with healthy alternatives.
