Oh geez! We’re sure Mel is thrilled!
According to emails between Oksana Grigorieva‘s lawyers and her body guard Kristian Herzog, Oksana may have been intimate with her body guard.
Herzog, who has a turbulent history with the law, admitted to having sexual relations with Oksana in May. Her lawyer, Dan Horowitz, responded that the allegations were “ridiculous.”
But Herzog sent an email to Martin Garbus, another lawyer of Oksana’s, saying that they need to come clean about denying the story to the press. Garbus just responded, “Yes.”
It seems like a confession, but Horowitz explains the situation.
He said:
“Marty’s job was to placate Kris, because once he got cut out of Oksana’s world completely, we assessed him to be a clear and present danger to her life. By stringing him along and making him feel important, we hoped that he would just fade away rather than explode and hurt somebody.”
Oksana and Herzog were also pictured together on her bed, while she was in a nightgown, but Horowitz claims that it was during a People magazine photo shoot.
Riiiiight.
