Olivia Munn Has BANNED Her Kids From Watching Ms. Rachel & Blue's Clues -- Here's Why!

There are certain things momma Olivia Munn does NOT allow in her house — and topping the list are Ms. Rachel and Blue’s Clues.

The Newsroom star is People’s cover star of the week, and used the opportunity to shade some of the most famous children’s programming at the moment. She told the outlet:

“I know kids love [Ms. Rachel], but the thing is, if I can’t watch it, I’m not going to spend the rest of my life going crazy. These kid shows drive me crazy.”

The 44-year-old shares son Malcolm, 3, and daughter Méi, 8 months, with husband John Mulaney. While the children may be totally into the YouTube star’s content and cartoons, they just don’t make the cut for Olivia:

“Malcolm asked for Blue’s Clues [recently], and I don’t know who showed him Blue’s Clues, but they are on my s**t list now. I said, ‘Hell no. Not in my house.’”

She continued:

“John got him into the Spider-Man cartoons, which is not interesting to me. I put on Tom Holland‘s Spider-Man: Homecoming and was like, ‘If you want to watch the real-life ones, then we can watch that.’ It might be a little too old for him, but I can’t take the cartoons.”

Wow! We guess mommy really rules the screens in the Munn-Mulaney household!

There is one cartoon, however, that she does approve of: PBSDaniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, which she praised as a “great program.” She noted that before Méi’s arrival last September, they let Malcolm watch it to prepare to become a big brother:

“Daniel Tiger has a little sister, and we’d tell him, ‘There’s a baby sister coming.’”

But while Olivia may be picky about the approved children’s programming in her home, Ms. Rachel couldn’t give less of a s**t… In fact, she clapped back with a message so important it made Olivia’s admission sound like little more than a privileged complaint!

On Monday, the 42-year-old content creator took to her official Ms. Rachel Instagram page to drag the media for focusing their attention on the wrong gripes. Because while Ms. Rachel’s children’s video might not be every parent’s cup of tea, she also uses her platform to advocate for real-life issues, such as the children suffering in Gaza, who are dying in what Amnesty International has determined is genocide. In her IG post, she wrote in response to Olivia:

“WHO CARES?! I’d rather you cover me advocating for kids in Gaza who are literally starving, largest cohort of child amputees in modern history, thousands & thousands killed — no medical care, no education, no homes… do better!!!”

In her latest clap back, she clarified:

“***Not against her at all and don’t care that she doesn’t want to watch the show — all my love to her and her family — disappointed in the outlets”

You can’t deny she has a point…
