Olivia Wilde Has The PERFECT Response After Internet Compared Her To Gollum Over Awkward Interview!

Olivia Wilde is shutting the haters down!

ICYMI, while doing an interview with SFGate ahead of the premiere of her new film The Invite, Olivia was captured on a fish eye lens. The actress looked silly in the video — of COURSE she did, we all know how those fish eye lenses can distort things! But that didn’t stop the internet from being cruel. They even compared her to Gollum from The Lord of the Rings.

But the 42-year-old had the best response when asked about it! On Instagram Sunday, her brother Charlie Cockburn jokingly asked her in a video posted on her Stories:

“Care to address recent rumors you’re a resurrected corpse?”

To which she replied:

“Listen, that is a fish eye lens. I admit: Is that my best angle? Was that my best-ever look? No. It’s startling. It’s a startling image.”

LOLz!

She laughed as she continued:

“It was a fish-eye lens and not the best. I don’t know why I was so close to the camera. I didn’t have to be! … Do you have any more questions? I’m not dead.”

Too funny! We love that she’s such a good sport!
