There seems to be some sibling rivalry going on between the Olsen twins.
The 22 year-olds work together on many projects, including their clothing lines. But, is all this working together pushing them apart?
An insider tells In Touch Weekly, “Ashley really wants to be a respected businesswoman and be taken seriously. MK does too, but she hasn’t been willing to give up her lifestyle and act like an adult for their job.”
Ouch.
Too much pAArtying maybe?
So what’s a girl to do.
Well, it seems Ashley has decided to distance Mary-Kate from the couture end of things.
The source adds, “Ashley came to a difficult decision. She decided that MK should not be involved with The Row. She asked her sister to step back from her current responsibilities until she has her personal life together.”
That was kind of a mature thing to do, actually.
So, MK will get stuck focusing on their cheaper line, Elizabeth and James, which is “less hands-on.”
The source says, “It’s tough because The Row was so much of Mary-Kate’s idea. Mary-Kate has a unique fashion sense.”
