Say whaaa? Should she really be the one apologizing here???
Oprah has had a somewhat change of heart after calling out a sales associate who refused to let her see an expensive Tom Ford bag. In fact, she’s even thanking the sales person for not showing it to her!
Did we just walk into a parallel universe or something?
The Magnificent O explained last night at the El Lay premiere of The Butler:
“I think that incident in Switzerland was just an incident in Switzerland. I’m really sorry that it got blown up. I purposefully did not mention the name of the store. I’m sorry that I said it was Switzerland. I was just referencing it as an example of being in a place where people don’t expect that you would be able to be there.”
Oprah takes being the bigger person to the extreme!!!
Both the store and tourism officials have released apologies, but Winfrey doesn’t even want to hear it.
Oprah even tweeted that she AGREED the bag was too expensive:
