While everyone else in the world was drinking and having a blast, Oprah spent her New Years Eve at the hospital.
Bummer!
Yesterday, Gayle King — AKA Oprah’s bestie — posted this pic on Instagram of the media mogul spending NYE at the Kula Hospital in Hawaii.

However, why was Miz Winfrey there? Is everything OK?!
Well, according to the caption:
“Thank you nurse Cindy nurse Leslie favorite son will and @oprah ..diagnosis very bad sprain ankle that I twisted and fell heading to gym !”
Yup! The BFF’s were at the ER because Gayle sprained her ankle.
Luckily, the two were able to salvage their tropical vacay by spending the rest of their time at O’s Hawaiian pad.
Gayle wrote:
“And as 2014 ends and 2015 begins everybody say yaaay! Here’s to a good year at your house├óΓé¼┬ª Happy new year!”
We just hope Gayle feels better and gets plenty of rest! Don’t party too hard!
