Look out Ryan Lochte, Oscar de la Renta is coming for you!
While accepting the Couture Council├óΓé¼Γäós Award for Artistry earlier this week, the designer took the opportunity to slam celebrity “designers”.
Oscar quipped:
“Today, if you play tennis, you can be a really good designer. Or, if you├óΓé¼Γäóre an actress, you can be a designer. I├óΓé¼Γäóve been at it for 45 years and I├óΓé¼Γäóm still learning my craft on a daily basis.”
We definitely sympathize, and like a fine wine, his designs have only gotten better with age, and apparently knowledge too! Ha!
